Matariki Popcorn
2 Tbsp popping corn
1 tsp Matariki tea
1 tsp raw sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
3 Tbsp vegetable oil

Grind Matariki tea leaves, salt and sugar in spice grinder.

Heat oil in large pot till starting to smoke. Turn down heat to medium.

Put in popping corn, cover.

Let corn pop until it's mostly stopped then turn off heat, shake pot so any unpopped kernels fall to the bottom.

Sprinkle seasoning, cover and shake.

Pour into big bowl and enjoy!
