QUALITY  & RETURNS POLICY

Most tea leaves (Camillia Sinensis) will keep indefinitely if stored properly. Certain dark teas mature as they age and their flavours can be enhanced with time. Upon opening, products should be kept cool and dry.

 

Once the goods are in your possession we cannot be responsible for any fault with the products because their care is out of our control.

However, if we agree with the customer that the product(s) were delivered in a damaged/not-fit-for-use/spoiled condition, the Company will either refund the purchase price of the said product(s) in question or replace the product(s).

​

Exception to this is in the case of a manufacturing fault or product recall only, where it is the Company’s liability to refund any product in question.
