Delivery Information
Tarakona will do its utmost to ensure orders are dispatched within 3 business days after receipt of an order, but does not guarantee it if there are circumstances beyond our control.
Deliveries will be made to the address provided with details at time of order.
Please ensure that this is a physical address as we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. The address must be accessible & safe for the delivery company to deliver and drop off.
Should the delivery company decide not to leave the goods as deemed unsecured or no one at home to accept and sign for the goods, a note will be left at the address for collection point of the goods at an alternative address, likely to be the delivery company's local depot.
The delivery company will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home when the delivery company calls and you have not requested special delivery instructions at the time of ordering, the delivery company will leave a card with contact details so you can arrange a suitable alternative delivery time.
If you request goods to be left in a specific location at your home in your absence, this gives permission for the delivery company to leave the delivery without a signature.

New Zealand Delivery
All local deliveries will be by tracked courier service, dispatched Monday through Friday.

International Delivery
For all international orders, Tarakona offers customers a choice of tracked or untracked delivery.
The shipping rate will vary from product to product and is based on the size of your item, the weight and your delivery address.
The total shipping rate will be calculated at checkout and is based on delivery to the front door and/or ground floor of your address. All international deliveries may be liable to customs duties and taxes.
For items to be exported, the delivery charge covers packaging and delivery only. It is your responsibility to comply with all local Customs authority requirements in relation to your order.
We recommend that you make yourself aware of these requirements before placing your order. Customs may inspect goods prior to delivery, which may cause delays.
Please provide a valid recipient telephone number to avoid any further delays. This number may be required by local customs and delivery agents.
